We’re proud to offer international shipping to almost every country around the world! Currently, we are actively delivering to Europe, North and South America, Australia, and the Middle East.
However, at this time, we do not ship to India due to high customs duties and delivery charges. We hope to serve our customers in India soon as we work on finding a better shipping solution.

From where do you ship your products and which countries do you deliver to?
To ensure fast and reliable delivery worldwide, we ship our products directly from our warehouses located in China, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates.
With these strategic locations, we’re able to efficiently serve customers across the globe, including Europe, North and South America, Australia, and the Middle East.
Please note that we currently do not ship to India due to high customs duties and delivery charges. We appreciate your understanding and are working on expanding our reach further.

Why don’t you ship to India 🇮🇳 ?
At the moment, we do not ship to India due to the high customs duties and expensive delivery charges that make it challenging for us to provide a cost-effective and smooth shopping experience for our customers there. We are actively working on solutions and hope to resume shipping to India in the near future.
What is your refund policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, here’s how our refund process works:
- Returns: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs to either our warehouse in the UK or Nepal, depending on where you are located.
- Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process a 100% refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your product for a different size or color, simply return the item within 30 days and place a new order. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like personalized products or gift cards are non-returnable. If there’s an issue with your product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
